What’s the best website to find *** and the City downloads?

I’m trying to find *** And The City episodes for download. I’ve tried a few P2P programs and all I can find are episodes from Season 6. I’m mostly looking for the first six episodes of Season 4, because as far as I can tell it’s the only disc from the DVD set my school’s media library doesn’t have! They have them at They have a small sign up fee but it is a one time thing and after this you get unlimited access to old and new episodes of shows including full series.
