I am watching an old episode of *** and the City and realized the Steve’s last name is “Brady” and I looked on the internet and it is. Isn’t their child’s name “Brady”? Did I miss something? It’s not important, it’s just bugging me now.

Yes! His last name is Brady, and their baby’s name is Brady. Maybe when Miranda had the baby she thought her & Steve would never marry. When they did get married she kept her last name Hobbs, since she had recently made partner at her law firm.
Still pretty dumb though, Brady Brady.

The first and mirandas last name as the last name as the first and mirandas last since they had brady.

Well they weren’t together when he was born and so Brady took her last name Hobbes, I am guessing they did it that way so he’d have both of their names. I don’t know what happened after they got married though.
